Cancellation Policy
Please make any changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Once 24 hours have passed, your order may have already entered processing, and we may not be able to modify or cancel it. If you cancel your order within this period, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident that Straighwhisker products deliver, and we encourage a minimum 14-day trial to experience their full benefits. If you’re still not satisfied, you may return the items after the 14-day period, as long as it’s within the 30 days covered by our money-back guarantee. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take extra care to ensure our products are securely packaged, but if your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 72 hours of delivery. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Minor damage to packaging, such as dented boxes, does not qualify as a damaged product.
